What is Kopi Luwak Coffee?

This crazy creature from around Indonesia and Vietnam called the Luwak, eats ripe coffee cherries and then poops them out whole in their number 2s. Farmers collect and clean the coffee out of the crap, ready to be shipped off and sold on the green bean market.
